Global Impact

We are humbled and grateful for how God is expanding the reach of Wholly Women around the world.

Today, we’re connected with local ministries in Pakistan, Bolivia, Mozambique, Uganda, and with a ministry reaching Japanese women in the United States. Our goal is to empower local discipleship by providing Discovering Who You Are in Christ and other resources in the heart language of each community—especially in regions that are under-resourced or hard to reach.

In February 2025, we celebrated a major milestone:
our first completed translation! Discovering Who You Are in Christ was printed in Urdu and is now being taught in multiple venues across Pakistan. (See testimonies below.)

Current Translation Projects

We are currently working to translate and distribute the study into:

  • Spanish

  • French

  • Mongolian

  • Luganda (Uganda)

  • Japanese

These translations will make it possible for women in these nations to encounter the truth of their identity in Christ in their own language.

Our Heart

Countries like Pakistan, Mongolia, Japan, and Uganda have limited access to Christian discipleship resources in their native tongues. We are deeply honored that God has opened doors for Wholly Women to help meet that need—partnering with faithful local leaders who are discipling women in their communities.

Every translation represents more than words—it’s an opportunity for transformation, freedom, and empowered faith in Christ across the globe.

Skills Training: Empowering Women, Transforming Lives

Alongside discipleship, Wholly Women is helping empower women through skills training programs that restore dignity, purpose, and hope.

In Pakistan, we are currently funding:

  • Two Sewing Schools – each training 12 women

  • One Beauty School – training 12 women

These programs provide more than practical skills—they create space for spiritual and personal growth. Each week, as women gather to learn, they also:

  • Experience discipleship and encouragement in their faith

  • Discover a renewed sense of value and significance, often after years of feeling overlooked

  • Build friendships and community, fostering mutual support and confidence

The Challenge

Pakistan remains one of the most difficult places in the world for women—especially for Christian women, who are among the poorest and most marginalized.

Access to education and employment is severely limited. Even educated girls rarely find work that matches their qualifications. Many Christian women clean homes to survive—often in unsafe or exploitative environments where they are vulnerable to mistreatment.

The Impact

Our Skills Training Programs are helping women break this cycle. By learning sewing and beauty skills, they are gaining the tools to start small businesses, earn sustainable income, and support their families with dignity.

There is tremendous opportunity for women to thrive within their communities through these trades—and as they do, they also grow in faith, confidence, and community.

See below for testimonies from women whose lives have been changed through this training.
