Mission & Values

Mission

To empower a global community of women to grow through local discipleship and mentoring—embracing their God-given identity, walking in wholeness, and fulfilling their divine purpose.

Vision

To see a global movement of women living whole and free in Christ, transforming their families, communities, and nations with His love.

CHAMPIONING YOU

  • Champion you as an individual and what you bring to the table.

  • Support your success through prayer and investing in you as a whole person.

  • Foster valued team relationships built on mutual trust and respect.

  • Listen and respond to your individual needs, desires, observations and suggestions.

  • Provide balanced feedback with honesty and care.

  • Respect your time and be considerate of your limitations.

  • Treat you with grace and treat others with grace.

  • Open doors to growth and developmental opportunities.

  • Foster a culture of gratitude and appreciation.

Philippians 2:2-4 “Make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose. Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility consider one another as more important than yourselves; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others.”

BE LED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT

  • Seeking God’s leadership and guidance in all decisions.

  • Listen to the Spirit as you hold the women in prayer who God gives you to serve.

  • Renew your mind to His truth and stand on the Word of God as the source of truth.

  • Model a surrendered life to the lordship and leadership of Jesus as you navigate your life and the challenges life brings.

John 14:16 “I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever”

John 14:6 “I am the way, the truth, and the life.”

John 8:32 “and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free.”

John 5:19 “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; He can only do what He sees His Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son does also.”

EMPOWERED TO EMPOWER

  • Engage, empower, and inspire with the purpose that others become engaged, empowered, and inspired.

  • Operate out of the truth that there is fullness in the body and that you are healthiest when you are functioning in community as a valued member of the body and valuing every member of the body. We need each other!

  • Have an attitude to give away what God has given you. To comfort with the comfort you have received.

  • Be strategic in your work, not just meeting urgent needs but pursuing long term sustainable impact.

  • Give your time and talents to positively impact lives as others have done for you.

  • Share personal testimony and revelations to point people towards freedom in Jesus.

1 Corinthians 12:18-20 “But God has carefully designed each member and placed it in the body to function as he desires. A diversity is required, for if the body consisted of one single part, there wouldn’t be a body at all! So now we see that there are many different parts and functions, but one body.”

Colossians 1:28 “We proclaim Him, admonishing every person and teaching every person with all wisdom, so that we may present every person complete in Christ.”

SERVE ENTHUSIASTICALLY

  • Follow the example of Jesus’ servanthood. He came to serve not to be served.

  • Generously use the gifts God has given you to serve the vision of WW and make meaningful contributions to the ministry.

  • Humbly put others before yourself and value their gifts.

  • Embrace a positive, adaptable ‘we’ll figure it out’ spirit.

  • Serving with pure motive, not seeking any personal gain.

Matthew 20:28 “For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.”

1 Thessalonians 2:3-4 “For our exhortation does not come from error or impurity or by way of deceit, but just as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel, so we speak, not intending to please people, but to please God, who examines our hearts.”

LOVE GENUINELY

  • Express God’s heart of love and care as you serve the women God puts in your care. Treat every person as precious gifts, created in the image of God.

  • Look to God as your source of value and significance and purpose to live fully into who God has created you to be. Knowing this value, treat others with this same value.

  • Look for opportunities to draw out and encourage women in their God given purpose.

  • Generously invest yourself in the women you care for, not seeking to save your life, but lose it.

  • Treat others like you would like to be treated.

  • Choose to look past negative behaviors (that are a result of pain) and gently lead women towards healing.

  • Promote peace and build trust-based, meaningful relationships.

Galatians 5:13 & 14 “For you, brothers, were called to freedom; but do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh. Rather, serve one another in love. The entire law is fulfilled in a single decree: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

1 John 4:7-9 “Beloved, let’s love one another; for love is from God, and everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. 8The one who does not love does not know God, because God is love. 9By this the love of God was revealed [a]in us, that God has sent His only Son into the world so that we may live through Him.”
