Our Values

Wholly Women’s core values set the culture of the ministry environment we desire to create. It is our intention to uphold and model these values as a ministry, and that anyone who facilitates a study or participates in a Pod is guided by these values.

Championing you

We champion the unique strengths of every team member. We support one another’s success through prayer and whole-person care. We build trusted, respectful relationships and listen well to each other’s needs, ideas, and feedback. We speak the truth with compassion, respect one another’s time and limits, and choose grace in every season. We also create opportunities for growth and development, believing God is always at work in us. Above all, we cultivate gratitude and appreciation as we lead and serve together.

Led by the Holy Spirit

We intentionally seek God’s guidance for the wisdom and direction we need to lead this ministry well. We intercede monthly for the work of Wholly Women and pray regularly for the women God places in our care, listening closely to the Holy Spirit. God’s Word is our foundation, and we commit to living in His truth as our minds are renewed. In all we do, we remain surrendered to Jesus’ Lordship as we faithfully steward this ministry.

Empowered to Empower

We believe that when women are empowered, they become agents of change in the lives of others. We live from the truth that wholeness is found in community—we thrive when we are valued, and when we value others. Each of us carries unique gifts and strengths, and we long to see every woman flourish into who God created her to be. We freely give what God has given us, and we comfort others with the same comfort we have received. We work strategically for lasting, generational impact—not only to meet urgent needs, but to help build a stronger future. We offer our time and talents to uplift others, and we share our testimony and God’s truth to lead women toward freedom and fullness of life in Jesus.

Serve enthusiastically

We seek to follow Jesus’ example—He came to serve, not to be served. Those who serve with Wholly Women use their God-given gifts to advance Wholly Women’s vision, and humbly value the gifts of others. We stay positive, adaptable, and ready to help wherever we’re needed. We serve with pure motives, not for personal gain, but to honor God and bless others.

Love Genuinely

We show God’s love as we serve women. We honor each person as an image-bearer of God, finding our value, purpose, and identity in Him—and we treat others with that same worth. We encourage women toward their God-given purpose and generously invest in their lives, choosing to lay down our lives for others. We treat others the way we would want to be treated, extending grace when pain shows itself through difficult behavior, and gently guiding one another toward healing. We promote peace and work to build trusting, meaningful relationships.
